Your First Visit

During your first visit, you’ll receive a thorough examination from one of our dentists in order to assess your dental health. If  you are being seen on an emergency basis, we will address your immediate needs promptly.  We will then schedule  an appointment with you for a new patient examination at a later date.  Each patients dental needs are unique; therefore, our doctors do not provide diagnoses or prescriptions to patients over the phone.

Your dentist will discuss treatment options with you and  upon your request we will provide you with a cost estimate before you receive treatment.  Payment is expected at the time of service.

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Financial Information

Payments and Financial Responsibility

Payment is expected at the time of service.  We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards including Amex and Discover.  Upon request, we will provide you with a printed estimate of your proposed treatment costs.  Please know the financial responsibility for all services ultimately falls to the patient regardless of what insurance pays.  If financial arrangements are needed to complete your treatment, this must be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of treatment.

Insurance

Please bring your dental insurance card to your appointment so that we may obtain your benefit information and submit your dental claim promptly.

For our patients with dental insurance coverage, we will estimate your patient portion based on the information available to us.  Please note:  WE ARE OUT-OF-NETWORK PROVIDERS FOR ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES. THIS MAY AFFECT COVERAGE PERCENTAGES AND ANNUAL MAXIMUMS.  PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF YOUR COVERAGE.

Our office observes HIPAA Federal regulations that protect your privacy; however, we do release details to your insurance company to allow for insurance payment
